Cold Snap is mad as hell about child predators. While most bands avoid sensitive topics, their intent is that this video will get people talking about this problem, and give someone the courage to step forward and speak out. If this video saves just one child, then we will be proud.
This is the official music video for the song ‘Monster’ by Cold Snap – one of the most popular modern heavy metal music groups from Croatia. Their unique style of music crosses the best elements of nu metal, alternative metal, and modern rock which places them among some of the best metal bands in the genre. Their catalog consists of four full length albums, ‘Mea Culpa’, ‘Empty Promises’, ‘Perfection’, and their latest effort ‘World War 3’, which was produced by Tue Madsen, who also produced albums for The Haunted, Dark Tranquility, Moonspell, Dir En Grey, August Burns Red, and many more. Cold Snap are often compared to contemporaries such as Slipknot, Mudvayne, Mushroomhead, Korn, Sevendust, Disturbed, and Limp Bizkit since they came to popularity around the same time as those bands. The band is signed to Eclipse Records, the American independent record label responsible for discovering and developing metal bands such as Mushroomhead, Bobaflex, A Breach of Silence, Blowsight, Scum of the Earth (which features members of Rob Zombie, Powerman 5000, and System of a Down), Saint Diablo, Our Last Enemy, and many others.
