Audio files don't seem to play or download properly. How can I listen to music?
The technology used by our website which enables users to listen to audio and watch video should work on all machines that have the Adobe Flash plugin (which is usually included in your browser installation). There are no known issues with any of the popular browsers (FireFox, Internet Explorer, Netscape, Opera, Safari) or operating systems.

The most common problems regarding streaming audio files are usually due to one of the following issues:

1) Either your Flash plugin is not installed or you're running an older, out of date version. You can download the most recent Flash plugin for your computer (for free) at Adobe's Flashplayer webpage.
2) Network Firewall Restrictions. If you're attempting to access our content through your work, your IT dept or system administrator may have set up your network to prevent certain kinds of files from being accessed. Some businesses may restrict MP3 or video files from running on their network to minimize network traffic, and keep productivity up. Contact your network admin to see if the network has any kind of file / bandwidth restrictions placed on it through the networks firewall.

The most common problem with regards to downloading audio files is usually due to one of the following issues:

1) Click on the audio icon to download the file. You should be presented with a "open or save file" option window and then after selecting your option, your download should start.
2) Please see above regarding Network & Firewall issues.

I signed up for your newsletter, but I never get it, or it ends up in my junk folder. How can I fix this?

Why won't the site allow me to submit my band's mp3 within the demo critique area?
First off, you need to be a registered member in order to be able to submit content. Please click the Register link in the navbar and register to the site. After doing so, you will then need to be logged in, and then you should be able to submit your band's demo for inclusion within the Demo Critique section. Please be advised, this is for critique only by those whom visit the Eclipse website, and if you want your demo to be heard by Eclipse's A&R Department, you must send a demo package in the mail to our office.

I am having trouble replying to a Demo critique or Image in the File Library
First off, you need to be a registered member in order to be able to comment on content. Please click the Register link in the navbar and first create an account. After doing so, you will then need to be logged in, and then you should be able to post a reply within the Demo Critique section. After a reply is posted to a Demo Critique, Image File, or a Link, it may not appear for a few hours. Basically it has to wait in the website's queue for a moderator to approve the comment (mainly to make sure there's no racist or offensive material). As soon as the comment is approved by a moderator, it's made viewable to all site visitors.
